Privacy and Data Protection
The processing and use of personal and business data is carried out in accordance with the current privacy policy and in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, as well as international standards. The Customer may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion, or restriction, in accordance with the established channels and defined processes.
Intellectual Property and Licensing
1. All software, models, methodologies, designs, or documents generated by Humath are the exclusive property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in a contract.
2. The Client receives a limited and revocable license for the agreed use of the systems, without this transferring ownership, exploitation rights, or access to source code, unless explicitly agreed.
3. Any reverse engineering, distribution, copying, modification, or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Technical Provisions, Safety, and Maintenance
1. Access and operation require compliance with minimum security configurations and technical updates of the equipment and platforms used.
2. Humath may perform maintenance, updates, and system monitoring, informing the Customer in cases where this involves a significant impact on service.
3. The Customer shall refrain from interfering with, disabling, or circumventing technical measures implemented for security, traceability, or operational control.
Modifications and Updates
Humath reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to technological, regulatory, and service developments. Any updates will be communicated in a timely manner, and continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. In the event of a dispute, the parties may resort to conciliation or arbitration mechanisms, or to the courts of the city of Medellín, Colombia, as agreed in the main contract.
Acceptance
The activation, use, or access of any product or service from Humath implies the express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer and their authorized users.
