Purpose and Scope of the Service

Humath provides technological solutions focused on automation, control, and digital evolution through the design, development, implementation, and support of systems and services based on fourth and fifth industrial revolution technologies. The scope includes consulting, auditing, strategic support, integration of advanced technologies, and co-creation of innovation projects.

Terms of Use

The Customer agrees that the use of the services and products may only be carried out for the legitimate purposes defined in the contract, in accordance with current law. All access, operation, and processing of information must be carried out under criteria of security, ethics, and responsibility, following the best technical and corporate practices.

Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Humath shall not be liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, nor for the Customer's misuse of the systems.

2. The Customer accepts that certain features, especially those based on artificial intelligence, advanced automation, or third-party integration, are support tools and do not replace professional judgment or human validation.

3. The availability, continuity, or results of the services may be affected by maintenance, updates, or events of force majeure. Such cases will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
